The Slator Index benchmarks leading Language Solutions Integrators (LSIs) and Language Technology Platforms (LTPs), offering a global view of how the language industry delivers multilingual capabilities at scale.
The 2026 edition covers more than 300 companies and highlights key market shifts and growth dynamics across language AI, technology platforms, and integrated solutions.
Slator and Gartner first started covering ModelFront in 2020, when ModelFront created the machine translation quality prediction category.
Slator's new technology category, Language Technology Platforms, includes ModelFront as the provider of quality prediction and automatic post-editing used by large translation buyers in the real world.
The technology category also features traditional translation AI providers like DeepL, and voice translation AI providers like Krisp.
